Delete your LasWood account

You can delete your LasWood account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app

  1. Open LasWood and tap the Settings gear in the top-right corner.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
  3. Confirm with OK.

What gets deleted

  • Your LasWood account, whether you signed in with Apple, with Google, or continued without an account.
  • Every identification and Tree Chat conversation saved to your account, including the photos in them.
  • The chat history stored on your device.

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Data is removed from our active systems and may remain in routine backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@lunabase.xyz with the subject "Delete my LasWood account". Include your Support Code (Settings > Copy Support Code) or send it from the email address linked to your Apple or Google sign-in, so we can find your account.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop being charged on iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel LasWood. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and cancel LasWood.

If you only want to stop using the app for a while, Sign Out in Settings keeps your saved identifications, and you can sign back in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
